Prague's center is walkable and its restaurant tables are not, which is a booking problem more than a transit problem.
Before you land
The airport bus and the Uber/Bolt stand are the two sane exits. Install so you can tell them apart. The city center is compact once you are in it.
Getting around
Trams are excellent and the way out of the old town when your feet quit. Walking is the default inside the tourist streets. Trains to Český Krumlov or Vienna are the day the country plan may be the wrong one.
Practical notes
Cards are common, cash still useful. Plugs are type C and E. Watch the usual crowded-square habits with your phone.
